Eric is an organizational consultant specializing in projects and programs of change. He combines a deep understanding of work, trust, team performance and problem-solving to achieve results in complex situations. Eric brings 25 years of experience taking leadership roles in technology challenges focused on delivering business results in operational settings. Eric is passionate about the Oceans and the Environment. He has worked extensively with Marine information and operational systems. His project experience includes focuses on geomatics and digital cartography, safety management, bridge simulation systems, maritime operations and maritime intelligence.
He graduated from Royal Roads Military College in 1993 with a degree in physics and oceanography and served as a RCN Naval officer for 13 years. Eric loves being at sea and brings a wealth of experience and perspectives to all his roles. He transitioned from the RCN with a Master of Environmental Management into work as an Information Technology consultant.
In his spare moments, he can be found coaching rugby, cooking or enjoying nature on land or at sea.
